HOA Documents

This page needs some explanation! Our original documents were written in the 1996 before the community was completely built. Since that time, there have been law changes requiring amendments to these documents. Our lawyers tell us, we must provide both the original and amendments instead of compiling them into single documents. Make sure you read the latest amendments, because some of the rules in the original documents are incorrect.
