General HOA Updates

SNOW REMOVAL Sidewalk Snow Removal surrounding homes is the responsibility of the occupant. Homeowners with corner lots need to clear the snow all the way around their property, including mailbox areas. The City of Longmont is responsible for the streets. Visit the City's SNOW PLAN for more info. HOA dues pay to clear the snow from common sidewalks. Common sidewalks that the HOA clears include: the north sidewalk on East Mountain View, the sidewalks in front of the two detention ponds along Deerwood (not the Safeway detention pond), the sidewalk from Bramble Place to Deerwood and the sidewalk east of Willowbrook in the common grassy area.

Update on process to transfer outlot B to the City of Longmont: process is now complete and the City of Longmont will take over care and liability for this area saving the HOA a lot of money in water bills!

Perhaps you could help us with one of our neighborhood celebrations or help us to deliver newsletters so we can keep our homeowners dues down.
